This German-French-Italian innovator and citizen of the world speaks 9 languages fluently (🇩🇪 🇮🇹 🇫🇷 🇺🇸 🇨🇳 🇪🇸 🇵🇹 🇸🇪 🎗️) and studied technology and business in 6 renowned universities: ESADE, KTH, Beijing Institute of Technology, Politecnico di Torino, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology & UPC of 5 countries, incl. China, Germany, Italy, Sweden & Spain, making him a tolerant global thinker.

He was the Founder & Director of CommUnity by InnoEnergy, a global platform for leaders, innovators & entrepreneurs committed to accelerating the energy transition.

This initiative enclosed a.o. a platform that connects, empowers thousands of purpose-driven change-makers (from students to executives); in partnership with leading corporations; and impactful events that bring industry, academia and empowered citizens and professionals together to connect, collaborate to foster systemic change. There were 200+ events with 10k+ participants, almost 1000 volunteers and 5000+ people registered on the platform.

CommUnity is backed by InnoEnergy, which is the innovation engine for sustainable energy across Europe, supported by the EIT creating tomorrow’s entrepreneurs, increasing sustainable growth and encouraging global competitiveness.

Claudio has also been board member of the EIT Alumni & previous to founding CommUnity, he worked in renewable energy engineering in Germany, China, Senegal and Belgium with special focus on solar projects. He has been appointed both as a Climate Reality Leader & a Circular Economy Leader, for which he has been invited to attend the exclusive Al Gore's Climate Reality conference in Berlin & the Advanced Leadership Obama's conference in Madrid.

He's on a mission of creating companies in different fields, non-profit initiatives, a movie, a book and engaging in politics.
